List with us from now until the 31st of October 2017 and your spring clean up is on us!

– External house & window wash*
– Four hours of landscaping, lawns etc ( no plants or materials )
– Gutter cleaning
– Internal clean OR style consultation

House wash, window clean & gutter clean – Endeavour Property
* Exterior window hose wash only

4 Hours landscaping service – Green & Clean
*No plants or extras supplied

– Lawns mown, (mulch or catcher), Trim Edges, Weed spray
– Weeding the garden
– Yard tidy up eg. leaf clean up
– Hedge Trimming (Height up to 3m)
– Tree trimming (Height up to 5m)

Extra cost if:
– Green waste more than 1 large bag
– Hedge or Tree height more than 3m or 5m
*Discuss prior with your gardener.

Internal house clean with CarpetCrew
– Kitchen
– Bathroom
– 3x bedrooms

Maximum of 8 hours cleaning.

Style consultation report by Spruce NZ
– Call out
– Consultation report
– Re-Styling (in the report)

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The listing must be signed up as an exclusive agency between the specified dates (1st September 2017 – 31st October 2017)

2. The Vendor must accept the agents appraised range.

3. Minimum $2,500 of non-refundable marketing must be paid prior to the listing going live.

4.  Should the property not sell or be withdrawn the owner will be liable to pay the direct costs associated with the spring promo
