Youthful exuberance mixed with careful and diligent organisation is the recipe for one of Auckland’s most promising up-and-coming agents.
Callum Dormer has joined the team at Ray White Manukau, working with elite agent Nelson Takle.
With huge amounts of energy, drive and passion, Callum is excited about building long-term relationships with vendors and purchasers – looking at real estate sales as more about people than transactions.
“My passion in life is helping people. In real estate, everyone has a goal, and it’s my job to help them achieve it – in doing so, often seeing them move into a new stage in life.”
Organisation and attention to detail are some of his strongest assets (he’s a self-confessed neat freak) as well as the desire to get the job done right. In fact, his favourite quote is from the legendary Winston Churchill – “I like things to happen, and if they don’t happen I like to make them happen.”
Callum wakes at 4.45 every morning, and prior to joining Ray White, he dove headfirst into learning about the industry – getting a mentor and going to auctions, investor group meetings and networking events while on his OE in London. He also set a record for sitting his New Zealand sales ticket.
He’s focused on selling properties in Weymouth and other surrounding south Auckland suburbs, and even has a particular interest in weatherboard homes – all though all property types excite him.
Clients also love his kind and considerate nature, and desire to ensure the real estate sales’ process is fun along the way.
Hailing from east Auckland, in his spare time he enjoys football, family and travelling.
