Ellen MaYue Ma

Ellen Ma works as a Sales Associate on Elite agent Maggie Ma’s award-winning real estate team. She takes care of client needs and works with a range of buyers to help them find the home of their dreams. Licensed in 2021 and working from the offices of Ray White Manukau, Ellen is passionate about customer service and is comfortable working with clients from diverse cultures looking to sell or buy a home in east and south Auckland neighbourhoods

Ellen is a graduate of the University of Auckland with a BCom majoring in Accounting and Finance. Fluent in English and Mandarin with a good understanding of Cantonese as well, Ellen moved to New Zealand from China over two decades ago. Her past career has been in accounting, sales management and a range of customer service roles both here and overseas. She took a short break from work to focus on being home with her two young children and in 2020 studied and researched for her exciting move into real estate.

Admired for her outgoing and communicative nature, Ellen loves to assist people and help them solve their problems. She has an analytical mind which is a huge asset while she is thinking on her feet in the middle of a tough property negotiation. Trustworthy, a team player and incredibly hard-working, Ellen keeps her finger on the pulse of market trends and ensures her local knowledge is up to date and useful for her buyers. Her empathy and understanding of what it means to settle in a new country and find that special home comes from taking that journey herself.

A busy Mum to a son and daughter, spare time for her is rare, but she loves exploring Auckland with the family and is involved in a variety of school and sports activities.
