Real estate is in Isha Kaur’s DNA. A number of her family work in the industry so once she started as a licensed salesperson in 2020, she hit the ground running, securing an astonishing nine property sales in as many months. Takanini is currently her home neighbourhood but Isher grew up in Manurewa and has worked in Manukau and sold property across all of South Auckland. She loves the diversity, dynamism and energy of this fast-growing part of Auckland.
Isha studied business at university before working for Harvey Norman in Manukau where she became their top salesperson. A stint as an optical assistant at OPSM and Specsavers followed where she loved the customer contact. Upon achieving her license in record time in 2020, Isha joined another real estate brand before coming to Ray White Manukau in 2021. Working on her own, from time to time she collaborates with sisters Jazz and Navjot when circumstances dictate, making them a formidable marketing team.
Isha has wonderful people-skills and is very good at winning people’s trust, building strong relationships always seeking to achieve the best possible price for them in the desired timeframe. Isha is never pushy, allowing her buyers and sellers their space and giving them courtesy and respect, always honouring the integrity of the process and the collective end-goal. Very knowledgeable of the local area and well-informed of market trends, Isha is a confident, clear communicator, asking the appropriate questions, so her clients can make a decision that’s right for them with all the necessary information. Her past background in retail sales equips her with the skills to handle tricky situations to solve any problem, creating a satisfactory outcome and positive customer experience.
In her spare time, she is a regular gym goer, swimmer and is passionate about paying it forward by sponsoring a World Vision child in Africa – something she has done for over a decade.
