Karlen Athnaeil

New Zealand born Karlen Athnaeil’s background and cultural heritage equips her with a special understanding and empathy when it comes her real estate role and helping clients to relocate and buy a home.

After graduating from high school Karlen worked in a range of service industries and retail businesses where she was rapidly promoted into positions of responsibility. With a natural flair for sales and a gregarious personality, customers quickly connected with her and appreciated her level of care and her can-do attitude to solving their issues. 

Karlen set about absorbing as much knowledge as she could about the highly competitive world of real estate selling. Although a steep learning curve, she adapted well and within the next 12 months she had sold more properties in her home turf of south Auckland.

Incredibly hard-working Karlen loves to assist first home buyers and investors and uses her significant local knowledge and high energy approach to ensure her clients get what they want in the time frame they set her. Very much family focussed and involved with the local Assyrian community, Karlen is very excited about her future at Ray White Manukau.  Her long term goals are to tap into teamwork and assist her clients with all their property needs giving her everything to making the real estate journey a positive and productive experience for her loyal clients.
