Simran Singh

Simran Singh hails from the Punjab region of India. Born and raised in this northern region, Simran’s father owned a hotel so from an early age Simran grew up observing and understanding the importance of making your customer feel important, special and welcomed. This early lesson has shaped Simran into the excellent real estate agent he is today.

Upon finishing his schooling Simran studied towards a BCom. while simultaneously managing a holiday resort to fund his studies. One he graduated Simran worked for Vodafone as a phone based operative assisting callers with tech support and troubleshooting. In 2010 he moved to New Zealand with a keenness to discover the Kiwi culture. He furthered his studies in Auckland and obtained a Diploma in Computing which led him to a job in Wellington as a graphic designer working for a company specialising in customised art resources. Two years later Simran moved back to Auckland and following a sales role in electronics retail and latterly in whiteware as the store manager at The Appliance Shed in Botany, Simran was encouraged to obtain his real estate qualifications in 2018.

With Simran’s background in a range of customer-focussed fields, he is details-oriented and his sales negotiation skills are exceptional. His capacity to really listen to his clients and fully grasp what it is they need is a strength that saw him get his chosen career off to a great start. He is passionate about service and is particularly interested first home buyers seeking the perfect property as well as investors wanting an ideal rental to add to their portfolio.  After initially joining another local brand and working in their Otahuhu and Manurewa offices, Simran joined Ray White Manukau in 2020.

Married with one child, Simran is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English.  Very much a family man, he has lived in the Manukau region for 3 years and knows many of the locals. He loves to cook and go swimming when time allows but these days, he spends long hours serving his clients with a total commitment to the stress-free buying and selling of their homes.
