A T Realty collected a whopping twelve national and international accolades at the Ray White New Zealand awards in Auckland last night.
“I was very proud to see us up on stage so frequently – everyone has worked extremely hard the past 12 months and it shows,” said AT Realty managing director Adam Thomson.
Adam was awarded Chairman’s Elite Business Leader, an accolade reserved for the top Ray White business heads internationally, while Ray White Manukau won International Clients’ Choice, No 1 for Business Growth, No 6 Office of the Year, No 2 for Loan Market Referrals and Customer Experience. From the Ray White Manukau office, Alana Saunders won administrator of the year, while salesperson Nelson Takle took home the International Clients’ Choice and Customer Experience awards. Charlie Brothers of the Ray White Manurewa branch won Loan Market Referrer of the Year.
Then in the property management division, 360 won the Property Management Office of the Year – Large, while Lexi van Heemert won Property Manager of the Year.
Adam said the haul of awards was testament to the dedication, knowledge and talent of his team across the four businesses – Ray White Manukau, Manurewa and Mangere Bridge, and 360 Property
Management (Manukau and Kingsland).
“I would like to point out, in particular, Alana, Nelson, Charlie and Lexi for their awards, which are well deserved. Also the office awards demonstrate the contribution of all the team members in the group.
“We’ve had a strong focus on really building on our high performance culture and everyone is demonstrating that in their work day after day, so I would like to thank all of the team: Tom Rawson, Geoff Culley, agents, property managers and our invaluable administration and support team. You all deserve the recognition.
“What is really cool is the breadth of awards won, showing that all facets of the business are performing at the highest level. Also promising is the number of the customer experience awards, given we have just launched a new customer service division, including the appointment of the Customer Relationship Manager.”
