A T Realty Group is proud to announce its outstanding success at the 2025 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards for Excellence, taking home two of the night’s top honours.
The team was named New Zealand’s Agency of the Year for the second year running, cementing their position as one of the country’s most respected and high-performing real estate businesses. This back-to-back win reflects the hard work, energy, and collaboration of more than 100 agents and support staff working across South Auckland under the Ray White Manukau, Manurewa, Mangere, Mangere Bridge, and 360 Property Management banners.
Adding to the excitement, Director of Sales, Richie Lewis, was awarded Manager of the Year, a title that recognises outstanding leadership, culture-building, and industry impact.
Lewis said it was both an honour and a privilege to receive the award and to celebrate the team’s achievements together.
