RECORD MONTH FOR RAY WHITE MANUKAU

By Alana Saunders

A perceived softening of the housing market has certainly not reflected in sales for one of Auckland’s leading real estate offices, Ray White Manukau.

In fact, in November Ray White Manukau recorded the highest amount of sales yet, placing it third out of 171 Ray White offices nationally.

In October, Ray White Manukau was proud to announce the most transactions carried out in a month since it opened in 2012. November sales figures are another increase of 15% and Ray White Manukau managing director Adam Thomson is extremely proud of all sales and support staff for this significant achievement.

“This result is testament to the hard work and effort all members of Ray White Manukau team put in on a daily basis.

“And it’s not just a one off: the pipeline is just as big still to release this month, which sort of dispels the perception that the market is slowing. Our agents are seeing keen engagement from both buyers and sellers, and prices remain stable. We expect this to continue through December and January. While this often a quieter time, with the demand we are experiencing and the current inventory of listings, we anticipate momentum will continue in the New Year.”
