To make things even easier, once sold, we will cover the cost of your move with a truck and two men for four hours.
Terms and conditions
1. The listing must be signed up as an exclusive agency between the specified dates (1 August 2018 – 31 October 2018).
2. The Vendor must accept the agents appraised range.
3. A moving truck and two men will be provided for up to four hours only.
4. Should the property not sell or be withdrawn, the Vendor will be liable to pay the direct costs associated with the spring package.
