  • Interior house cleaning (3 hours)
  • Garden tidy – incl lawns/hedges/1 bag garden waste
  • Exterior house wash
  • Gutter clean

Let us do the heavy lifting.

  • Moving voucher from Eden Movers
  • Exit clean

Terms & conditions

  1. Property must be listed for sale by Auction between 17th August – 31st October 2021.
  2. Property must be signed up at our full commission rate.
  3. The Vendor must set their reserve within the agents appraised range of the property.
  4. The Vendor must pay $1,500 before marketing commences.
  5. Any tasks conducted by the cleaners/gardeners/movers at the vendors request over and above
    this package will be charged directly to the vendor.
  6. The vendor may choose only one of the above packages.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
  8. Should the property not sell or be withdrawn, the Vendor will be liable to pay the direct
    outstanding costs associated with the promotion, valued at $2,087.23 (total value
    $4,387)
  9. The moving voucher is valued at $500.
  10. The exit clean is valued at $350.  Any cost above this will be payable by the vendor.
