1. Property must be listed for sale by auction between 10 June and 31 July 2023
2. The agency agreement must be signed at our normal commission rate.
3. The property owner must set their reserve within the agents appraised range of the property.

5. The property must be advertised using The Deal as a minimum requirement. A copy of the budget is available by request.
6. The property owner must pay $3,000 upfront, this is non-refundable.
