Terms & Conditions: 

1. The listing must be signed up as an exclusive agency between the specified dates (12th April – 31st May 2022) on standard commission with auction as the sale method. 
   
2. The Vendor must pay $2,500 before marketing commences.
3. The Vendor must set their reserve within the agents appraised range for the property.
4. The marketing paid by the Vendor is non-refundable.
5. Should the property not sell within 90 days, the Vendor will be liable to pay the direct outstanding costs associated with the promotion.
6. Cannot be used with any other offer or promotion.
