5 Leaver Place MANUREWA, Manukau City

What a find ! Great 4 bedroom home with big double garage on a big full rear site, well fenced and safe with lots of room for kids and pets - and a park next door for cricket and games.
Neglected and needs work including new stove, hwc and laundry tub, floor coverings and paint'n'paper - will make a supurb Christmas project!
Here's the opportunity you have been waiting for! Requires settlement before Christmas, so hurry to this one - don't miss out!
