Ray White Manukau has established itself as one of the leading offices for Ray White New Zealand. In their first five-year term, the business has grown from strength-to-strength under the leadership of Adam Thomson.
Starting off as a brand new office in 2012, the business has since relocated to a 500sqm purpose-built premises in Central Manukau. During the past two years the office, in particular, has had spectacular growth in the sales and property management division.
A T Realty has also opened a new office at Mangere Bridge, which is now considered the market leader.
Adam Thomson said that the growth of his business is very much down to the support of Ray White, key people including Geoff Culley and, just as importantly, the administration team together with the members of the sales and property management divisions. The company has grown from small beginnings to today where we will look to grow our sales volume to over $150 million during 2017. Our property management division has expanded to house close to 500 properties and we expect this year to grow a projects division across the Manukau area.
Adam also commented on the high-level support of Ray White. He said that he has been confident to grow the business partnered with Ray White given the support they have around business mentoring, technology and compliance. Adam added, ‘All these areas I consider Ray White excel at and we are confident that we will continue to grow our business with the great assistance from Ray White’.
