1. Property must be listed for sale by auction between 28 August and 19 September 2023
2. The agency agreement must be signed at our normal commission rate.
3. The property owner must set their reserve within the agents appraised range of the property.
4. The property owner must be prepared to accept an offer within the agent’s appraised range if not for sale via auction
5. The property must be advertised using ‘The Deal’ marketing promotion budget as a minimum requirement. A copy of the budget is available by request.
6. The property owner must pay $3,500 upfront, this is non-refundable.
