Ray White Manukau expands with new Head of Projects

By Hannah Williams

With more than a decade of experience in the South Auckland market, award winning real estate agent Ruby Manak has joined the Ray White Manukau – A T Realty Group team as Head of Projects.

Ruby has joined the powerhouse team as an expert in the projects and development space, expanding the already mighty service offering South Auckland business.

“I have been very active in real estate since 2011 with a focus on residential sales throughout South Auckland,” Ruby said.

“In addition to residential sales, I carved out a niche in the development sector marketing and selling new builds very successfully.”

Ray White Manukau – A T Realty Group principal Adam Thomson said it was a privilege to have Ruby join the team.

“Ruby has proven herself as one of the most recognized and successful project marketing agents,” he said.

“She brings with her 12 years of experience selling a broad range of property from first homes, new builds and lifestyle.

“Partnering with Ruby will allow us to cater for the market demands by expanding into the new build sector.”

Ruby said joining the Ray White family made perfect sense to her.

“With the current and projected growth throughout South Auckland, I saw an opportunity to create something special in the ‘projects’ space,” Ruby said.

“As Adam and I share common values and goals – Adam’s expertise plus the formidable strength of the Ray White Manukau – A T Realty Group makes our partnership very powerful.

“I am really excited about what the future holds. Over the next 12 months my focus will be setting up the projects team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and making the most of opportunities advanced under the Ray White banner.”
