Ray White Manukau, Manurewa, Mangere, and Mangere Bridge co-director Adam Thomson said there was a palpable energy in the room.
“It was amazing to witness transactions for properties where owners had previously given up on the market,” he said,
“Our team were able to use their wide networks to find the right buyers and get a successful result for our clients.”
The top result of the day went to Ray White Manukau agent James Mcgregor who sold an established kiwi fruit farm at 99 Alfriston-Ardmore Road under the hammer for $2,645,000 with six registered bidders.
The top result for number of registered bidders went to agents Karlen Athnaeil and Rubal Singh who sold a fire-damaged home at 2/43 Derrimore Heights, Clover Park under the hammer for $430,000 with a whopping 21 registered bidders.
“We haven’t seen 21 registered bidders on a property since 2021,” Mr Thomson said.
“So that’s a strong signal for sellers who have been waiting for the right market conditions—the time to act is now.”
