Supporting Maternal Mental Wellness: A T Realty announces Nappkin sponsorship

By Hannah Williams

A T Realty is excited to announce a new collaboration with Nappkin, a New Zealand charity dedicated to supporting new parents, with a strong focus on maternal mental wellness. Nappkin provides crucial assistance to Kiwi parents experiencing severe sleep deprivation and postpartum depression by funding night nanny services.

“Sleep deprivation and postpartum challenges can have a huge impact on parents’ mental and physical health,” says Alana Saunders, Business Manager at Ray White A T Realty. “We are proud to partner with Nappkin to help alleviate these pressures and provide support to parents who need it most.”

This partnership underscores our commitment to family values and fostering a supportive workplace environment. Recently, we have established children’s playrooms within our offices, ensuring that children have a comfortable and safe space to enjoy while their parents work. These playrooms have been greatly appreciated and well-utilized by team members.

“The decision to work with Nappkin aligns perfectly with our family values at A T Realty. We have prioritised creating a family-friendly culture and workplace for our team,” says Alana Saunders.

“The majority of our team members are parents themselves. We understand the challenges of balancing work and family life, and we’re dedicated to supporting our team and the wider community through initiatives like this.”

Through this collaboration, A T Realty and Nappkin aim to make a positive impact on the lives of new parents across New Zealand, promoting better mental health and well-being within the community.
