RAY WHITE MANUKAU IS PROUD TO WELCOME MONIKA MAYNARD!

By Alana Saunders

Ray White Manukau is proud to welcome one of the region’s most successful agents, Monika Maynard, to the team.

Monika’s years of invaluable local knowledge and many successful sales throughout Manukau and the greater Auckland region will perfectly complement Ray White Manukau’s team of top performing salespeople.

Over the past decade, Monika has done $125 million worth of property sales and has been awarded many accolades including No.1 Salesperson two years in a row at her previous company, as well as ranking in the top 1% internationally.

“My role is to help people reach the personal goals they’ve set when selling their home,” Monika says.

“These final goals are different for everyone – whether they are looking to retire, upsize, downsize or create an investment portfolio. Everyone deserves a premium result and premium service.  I always remind people that it is the process that gets you to that premium result, NOT the promise of price.”

Monika is pleased to be joined by Chantelle Mackenzie, who forms an integral part of her team.

Chantelle has more than 15 years’ graphic design experience (seven of those specifically in the real estate industry) and ensures marketing material and client correspondence is of the highest standard. Her attention to detail is second-to-none and her friendly disposition, diligence and can-do attitude give sellers the assurance that they will be well taken care of.
