TOM RAWSON PLACED IN TOP 2% OF AGENTS INTERNATIONALLY

By Alana Saunders

South Auckland’s top real estate agent, Tom Rawson, has proved his excellence at a national level.

Tom was last month named in the top 10 out of 2000 Ray White salespeople from 166 offices across New Zealand.

The Ray White Manukau agent, known for his “No Ties, Just Wins” marketing campaign, sells a house on average every four days, earning him eighth in the country.

It’s a remarkable feat for someone who started in the industry only four years ago after a career as a business owner and private investigator.

In 2014 he started shadowing Ray White Manukau director Adam Thomson. Within a year Tom had taken over the selling reins from Adam – who is now solely focused on managing the business – and started building his own team, which is now five-strong.

In his second year as a salesperson, Tom achieved Elite status – something Ray White agents can aspire to for years – placing him in the top 2% of agents internationally.

Adam says it’s Tom’s hard-working, kind and considerate nature that makes him the perfect person to bridge between buyers and sellers.

“Tom is far from the perception of a boisterous property salesperson, and I think that is his great success. People trust him instinctively, and know he’ll go the extra mile.

“He certainly deserves the recognition – as does his entire team – and we are proud to have him as part of Ray White Manukau.”

Congratulations Tom!
